Undergraduate thesis project in which I created a real-time vocal sequencing synthesizer using MAX/MSP. The project is modeled after drum sequencer formats like the classic Akai MPC. The software instrument contains features including a 16-channel individually controlled grid, frequency filters, tempo controls, and more. It works in real time and is compatible as a stand-alone program. 

The inspiration for the instrument came from a Tom Waits song in which he sampled his own voice as the rhythm section to support the song.

This project was selected to be presented in front of the school's Board of Directors for exceptional work.
